How do I change lenses on an active subscription?

Open your subscription in your account and pick new lenses. The change applies from your next delivery.

How much do I save with a subscription?

The discount follows your plan: Basic gives 10%, Premium 15% and Vision+ 20% off the lens price. Every subscription delivery has free standard shipping, and you earn points on each one.

How long does delivery take?

Within Norway, standard delivery takes 1-3 business days once your order has shipped. To Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany it takes 2-5 business days. Premium and Vision+ subscribers get free express shipping.

Is shipping free?

All subscription deliveries include free standard shipping. On one-off orders, shipping is free from 499 kr; below that it costs 49 kr.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel ships, and the same number appears under Orders in your account.

Do I need a prescription to order?

Accepted Answer

No. Norway does not require a prescription to buy contact lenses online, and we don't ask you to upload one to complete an order. You should still have a valid lens fitting from an optician, and order the powers and lens types they fitted for you.

Why can I store my prescription with you?

Because it makes ordering easier and safer: your powers are filled in automatically, so you don't have to look them up every time. You'll find it under Prescriptions in your account.

What if my lens fitting is out of date?

We'll remind you well before it expires. Opticians generally recommend a check-up about once a year, and you upload the new fitting in your account.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payment cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never store your card number ourselves.

When am I charged?

At the start of each subscription period. The date follows from when you created the subscription, and you can see your next charge date in your account.

What does it cost to spend my points?

Accepted Answer

Nothing — you've earned them. 100 points give 10 kroner off, and you can use points on up to half the order total.
