Returns & Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your LensClub account and navigate to Orders.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click "Request Return".
3. You will receive a return shipping label via email within 1 business day.
4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them using the provided label.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Contact lenses must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
• The hygiene seal on contact lens boxes must be intact and unbroken.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
• The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Original shipping costs are refunded if the entire order is returned. Return shipping is free for all returns within the withdrawal period.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a remedy under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjopsloven).

• We will replace the defective product free of charge, or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
• You are not required to return defective products before receiving a replacement.
• All shipping costs related to defective products are covered by LensClub.

6. Subscription Deliveries

Subscription deliveries are subject to the same return policy. If you wish to stop receiving deliveries, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Unused subscription deliveries that arrive within the withdrawal period can be returned under the standard return policy.
