1. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

All subscription deliveries include free standard shipping. Premium and Vision+ subscribers also get free express shipping.

Flat rate of 49 kr for standard shipping. Free shipping on orders from 499 kr.

Available for an additional 99 kr on one-time orders. Free for Premium and Vision+ subscribers.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your delivery in the following ways:

A tracking link is sent via email when your order ships.
Track your order in real-time from your account dashboard under Orders.
SMS notifications are available for delivery updates (can be enabled in your account settings).

We currently deliver to the following countries:

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the damaged packaging and products, then contact us. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If you receive the wrong items, contact us and we will arrange for the correct items to be shipped immediately.
